Hospital Negligence

Hospitals are legally responsible when their employee nurses and physicians provide substandard medical care. This may include intern or resident doctors failing to provide appropriate care, or nursing negligence such as failing to follow physicians' orders or to notify physicians of serious changes in a patient's condition.
