"As lawyers we display wisdom, honesty, and courage in evaluating a case, its risks and the needs of a client. A plaintiff lawyer's effectiveness in reaching a proper settlement is measured by the quality of preparation as well as the ability to advocate and present the case." Outside the Courtroom

Jack and his wife, Nancy, split their time between a winter home in Naples, Florida, and a residence in Shaker Heights, following the many activities of their eight grandchildren. Jack keeps active in his mediation practice by commuting from Naples to Cleveland in the winter.
